As we are a small office, with very broad contacts worldwide, our document requirements are minimal. Each lender has their own procedures, as do the prime banks for their different programs. You will find that we provide prompt responses to your inquiries, and once we have reviewed your business plans or executive summaries, we can put you direct with the principals and/or the lending institution directly. We are always paid for services rendered, Our fees are paid directly from the borrower/client's at the closing, not before. Other costs: Large project financing usually entails considerable due diligence.This is the responsibility of the borrowers,not the banks. Some of our funders will accept these charges out fo the closing,.some will not. Such costs can be minimized if your business plan is complete and addresses most issues the lenders need to know, and can verify. Evidence of ability to pay this charge may be necessary before we introduce the project to the bank(s). Bank engagement fees may be charged by " foreign banks". These are only paid once the cleint and the bank have mutually agreed on the term sheet and bank contract offeered, to be issued to govern thier transaction.  Bank charges, interest rates, terms: These normal bank charges will be negotiated between you and the lender directly and a nomal part of the cost of business.
