BUSINESS PLANS

The key to your successs is a good business plan. Lenders / investors like to see a solid exit strategy and a solid source of repayemnt (if a loan)  or profit margin ( if a J.V.) Also good resumes on the principals indicating theIr level of expertise in their venture. Good Excel spread sheets on projected income and expenses, feasibility/saleability of the end product. A good Executive Summary of not more than 3 pages is a must. This should generate investor interest to review the total business plan. One must be able to back up everything stated in the business plan if scrutinized by any 3rd party audits, if required.
