For the smaller projects, we can offer a similar program down to $10 Milion and way up. This source does charge a nominal $3,500 fee for review and re-packaging for submission to the lender for your particular project.No money is due if they do not hav a "fit" for your type of project. Normal due diligence fees wil apply after you discuss details directly with the fund underwriter. 30-60 day closings. 

For international bank collateral transactions, we can provide one-stop shopping.We can provide SBLC bank collateral and the loan againt it. Proof of Funds (POF)  and Ccredit Enhancements. Also, buy-sell of MTN's, or any A rated bank collateral, or loans agaisnt the clients own collateral.This is for sophisticated investors only and does require a bank engagaement fee to initiate a transaction. These are handled only by private banks so licensed to deal in foreign securities and is an offshore transaction.

We are paid only after we have performed our contractual agreement. Bank commitment fees are paid only to the banks to block your funds on your behalf, never to intermediaries or brokers. In large transactions, borrowers may be required show evidence of availability to close by proof of funds, etc. For one page detailed descriptions of bank procedures of our various offerings, please give me a call. 928 771-2300 to discuss your options.
