Mr. Kisner is a Realtor Emeritus,and recently served as President of the National Council of Exchangors, a National exchange organization practicing tax deferred exchanges under Sec.1031 of the IRS Code, plus regular real estate brokerage, particularly in the commercial or exchange field.

Having been a real estate broker in the real estate business for 50 years, it became apparent that through Mr. Kisner's extensive connections to financiers, U.S. and European, that it would be beneficial to intensify the commercial loan brokerage business in an effort to better serve the needs of project developers worldwide.

Of particular interest, is the personal and local connection to Euro financing sources through a retired internatinal banker of note. This source leads back to major European prime banks and  to Euro-Gulf Mgmt.of Dubai, and others. They have the ability to joint venture large oil/gas, and mining related projects, bullion transfers, provide top ten world bank collateral, and funding against the same, and provide all types of credit facilities used in international finance.
